Cool Down

Cooling down gradually will help your body recover from exercise, returning your heart rate and breathing back to normal levels. Stretching exercises should also be included to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness. A cool down will normally last for 10 minutes, but you may have to reduce this down or add rest periods to what you can manage.

Beginner

Select the beginner level if you are new to exercise and find that you get out of breathe very easily. Take your time with the following exercises and if things become to difficult then remember to rest when you need. Completing this video will improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.

Intermediate

Select the intermediate level if you are familiar with exercise and find that you cope alright with a light intensity. Take your time with the following exercises and if things become to difficult then remember to rest when you need. Completing this video will improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.

Advanced

Select the advanced level if you are comfortable with exercise and find that you cope well with a light intensity. Take your time with the following exercises and if things become to difficult then remember to rest when you need. Completing this video will improve flexibility and reduce stiffness.
